Spellcaster Help
I seem to be leading away from Spellcounter decks as i cant seem to get them to work for me although i would still like to continue to build a decent spellcounter deck based on Arcanite. Does anyone have a good deck list or any ideas, i can never find any that i tend to like or of a high competitive level.

Try out secret village. And try out different builds. Archanite should be support not good enough to be the deck.

1 Spellcaster-Type Synchro Monster + 1 Spellcaster-Type monster
This card cannot be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck except by Fusion Summon. When this card is Fusion Summoned, place 2 Spell Counters on it. This card gains 1000 ATK for each Spell Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Spell Counter from a card you control to activate one of these effects:
● Select and destroy 1 card on the field.
● Draw 1 card.
Maybe you can do something good with this??

I know bugger all about spellcasters/anything, but looks strong enough to bitch slap someone and you can replenish its counters for its effects with other spellcasters I dont know the name of.

I spose he could work in well but does that mean i'd have to put in Polymerization =S scary stuff.
Could yo peps have a look at this and maybe give me some edit ideas etc, i just made it up.

you could try this for spell and trap line up, as spellcasters are heavy on the spells.
Spells: 18ish??
3 Magical Citadel of Endymion
3 Spell Power Grasp
3 Book Of Moon
2/3 Solidarity??? Ideally I'd put in 3 pot of duality as that would be nails in here with counters
plus the search power, I'd also possibly put magical dimension to 3 with pots.

Traps: 3
3 Royal Decree
When the new guy comes out maybe use this: could be decent.
Miracle Synchro Fusion:
Remove from play, from your side of the field or your Graveyard, the Fusion Material Monsters listed on a Fusion Monster Card that lists a Synchro Monster as a Fusion Material Monster, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from the Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) If this Set card is destroyed by an opponent's card effect and sent to the Graveyard, draw 1 card.
But then you'd need to make sure you get the synchro out lots and fast.

hmm that gives me something to ponder on. Anyone got spare Solidarity =D Magical Dimension tends to be a bit dead sometimes with having a lack of monsters in my hand sometimes to most of the time just from experiance i like it at 2. I used to hate Mircale Synchro Fusion from pulling it so good damn much but now i see it could work oh wise Mike has opened my eyes.

I would reccommend using foolish burial for dumping Night's End Sorcerer and easy spell counters.
Using while Magical Exemplar is on the field is an instant synchro.

i'm also assuming that magical marionite is used mainly for synchroing into arcanite magician, the most broken card with a bunch of counters on magical citadel.
If thats the case use this guy:

a level 3 spellcaster tuner with a half decent effect. This + a lvl 4 spell caster = arcanite magician and it can be revived with magicial exemplar for another arcanite.
another tuner to conisder is Flamvell Magician a lvl 4 tuner spellcaster.
with these 2 along with effect veiler and nights end sorcerer would mean you would have easy access to lvl 5-8 synchros, with each being revivable by exemplar and easily dumpable with foolish burial.
If thats the case use this guy:

Magical examplar, should only revive *1 or *2 monster from the graveyard. Anything more isn't really cost efficient. I forgot that effect veiler was a spellcaster. That can get Catastor and just clear the field.

I think Magician's Circle is too good to leave out, that thing is hacks. Maybe drop Decree to 2, with MST at 2, people are going to be using them on your field card, so decree at 3 is a bit of an overkill, also is Sword truly necessary? Most of your monsters are strong either defence or attack wise, and the ones that aren't - use their effects the turn you play them most of the time. I think you could use the spot for a more important addition. That will be all.

and about Alchemist of black spells, while he would of been good in your spell counter focused deck, I think you have enough spell counter stuff to sustain yourself in this build. The monsters spots, again, could be used for more important stuff, imo, your monster build is pretty much on the money.
