So Timmy what do you think about this card?
Maxx "C"
You can activate this effect during either player's turn by sending this card from your hand to the Graveyard. This turn, each time your opponent Special Summon a monster(s), draw 1 card. You can only activate "Maxx "C"" once per turn.
People have been saying that this set is about as good as DREV. I wonder if I should get this set for $70.

it would only be side deck wouldn't it? side deck cards aren't usually too expensive.
